　　Overview

　　We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planning Manager to joinour team! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating allaspects of events, from initial planning to execution, to ensure that ourguests have an unforgettable experience. The Event Planning Manager acts aliaison between the customer and hotel sales person to provide direction andsupervision during execution of meeting and banquet functions or event. Willbe available to customers during event to solve problems and suggestalternatives to previous arrangements. They will directly serve group andcatering customers in a proactive manner working with the logistics of grouproom blocks, food and beverage, public meeting space, and billingprocesses. 　　Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience1-year food and beverage experienceStrong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contractsDeveloped business communication skills, both written and verbalWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft officePresent a professional appearance and confidenceAbility to communicate effectively with public and other Team MembersStrong time management skills, and ability to work under pressureExperience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems
