JOB REQUIREMENTS: Advisor-Implementation & Business Support (Remote) JobLocations US-Remote Location ID 2024-23056 Company TDS Telecom Pay Range\$19.05 - \$28.57 Overview As an Advisor-Implementation & BusinessSupport, you will be a key contributor in TDS\' overall strategy togrow, delight, and retain our small business customers. You will leadthe successful implementation of services for our small businesscustomers. These products include, but are not limited to Star Businessbundle, PON, DSL, TDS TV, ManagedIP Essentials, Total Talk and analogline services. You will schedule and coordinate the implementation ofall new products and features. You will also be responsible for customertraining and education to ensure successful use of services. You willensure that they manage their assigned projects through to successfuland timely upgrade/installation, which will be measured by customerfeedback, peer feedback and customer survey results. This requiresteamwork both within business support as well as other peer groupsthroughout the organization. The ability to partner with other teams isessential to overcoming potential challenges and /or delays that mayoccur. Regular attendance and promptness to work are essential functionsof this position. Work may be required after hours from time to time forafter-hours scheduled implementations. This position has the ability towork remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates.This position has a scheduled shift of Monday-Friday; 10:00am-7:00pmCST. The pay range listed for this position represents the low and highend of the base compensation range. The actual offer amount willcarefully consider multiple factors, such as relevant skills,qualifications, work experience, location and/or competencies that alignwith the specified role.
