　　About the Role:

　　The Warehouse Coordinator position is a very demanding position that requires the ability to make decisions, balance workload, communicate effectively, and work both independently and with others. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for providing optimal customer service to both internal and external customers by responding to questions and requirements timely. The Warehouse Coordinator must be willing to provide direction and daily assignments to team members when required. Primary duties include processing shipping paperwork and documentation accurately, maintaining picking and loading schedule to ensure all orders are picked and shipped in a timely manner, coordinating truck movement with yard and 3PL drivers, maintaining driver pickup records to ensure on-time departure, and processing in-bound receipts. The Forest Park Plant is a mid-sized manufacturing facility that produces private label refrigerated dough products. Other responsibilities include:

　　Monitors inventory to ensure product is available to ship for the day’s shipments

　　Tracks pallet slips and CHEP pallets to maintain proper inventory levels

　　Places/removes product from hold status in SAP as directed by supervisor or Quality

　　Runs report to monitor any picking discrepancies in reference to FIFO

　　Verifies SKU and quantity of product in locations

　　Completes the status report of finished goods from production and loads to be picked and shipped

　　Coordinates with customer service and 3PL for pickups and daily appointments

　　Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, 6:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday.

　　You’ll fit right in if you have:

　　Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

　　Strong logic skills and the ability to work with numbers and make decisions

　　Previous warehouse and distribution experience required

　　SAP skills strongly preferred

　　Must be comfortable working on the phone and with computers; previous computer and inventory control skills required

　　Must be able to organize people and workload, stand for extended periods of time, and walk long distances

　　Must be able to work in temperatures of 34 degrees or below
