　　Position Overview:

　　The Facilities Associate is responsible for providing excellent hospitality as the Facilities Associate. Building on the FEC protective factors the Facility Associate is the first impression of all visitors into the FEC Center. They will greet community residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal community messages. The Facilities Associate provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the community requests and concerns. The FEC is a center with areas, safety processes in the center constantly changing to meet the need of the FEC community members. The Facilities Associate proven ability to manage several projects and offerings simultaneously in fast-paced work environment while being mindful of the protective factors that are the foundation of the Circle of Dreams.

　　The Facilities Associate has a responsibility for routine cleaning duties on a daily basis or as needed. The work of the Family Enrichment Center staff is to have the center open during hours most needed by the community. The Facilities Associate needs to be flexible with the work schedule and can work evenings and occasional weekends.

　　Position Qualifications:

　　A high school diploma and/or equivalent experience. Lived and/or worked in the Highbridge area of the Bronx. Skills in cleaning, basic gardening skills, and basic repair skills.

　　Salary Range: $24.72 Flat Hourly Rate
