　　As a Data Analyst on the Master Data IT team, you will be responsible for driving the data governance strategy forward within Gordon Food Service. This person will have a key role in delivering business value by leveraging our data & analytics toolsets to provide data quality and governance insights to our IT and business stakeholders.

　　The Data Analystwill work closely across our business and IT teams to build, maintain, and expand our data quality scorecards and drive our data quality initiatives. They will drive key data quality initiatives by driving automation, leveraging new technologies, and improving our processes. This person will have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with ambiguous requirements.

　　What you will do:

　　Maintain & Enhance the Data Quality scorecard and rulesets

　　Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Analysts/Scientists, Development, and Product Owners to ensure data housed in multiple source systems is valid and accurate

　　Act as translator between business and technical community interpreting data domain needs and translating them into more technical requirements

　　Work on a results-oriented team focused on delivering insights for our stakeholders

　　Partner cross-functionally to implement value added

　　What you will bring to the table:

　　3-5 Years of experience working as an Analyst is preferred.

　　3-5 Years of experience working in Data Management is preferred.

　　Experience working in a Data Quality team.

　　Experience working with SAP data and tables.

　　Experience working with a Data Catalog program.

　　Experience using SQL is required.

　　Strong personal skills to work cross functionally with technical and business teams.

　　Ability to conduct presentations and workshops with peers and leadership.

　　Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems.

　　In lieu of the specified education and experience requirements, a proven capability to perform the essential functions of the job, as demonstrated by an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant work experience may be considered.

　　Nice to Haves

　　Preferred tool experience include but not limited to SAP HANA, Alation Data Catalog, Microstrategy, Google BigQuery.

　　Knowledge of Python

　　Knowledge of data governance, expectations and leading practices.

　　Knowledge of data quality best practices and implementing a mature data quality program

　　Experience evaluating alternate solutions to a technical problem while considering the cost and benefit.
