　　page 1. Workers are needed to plant, maintain and harvest variousculinary and medicinal herbs. Workers will perform field work andgreenhouse work including planting,

　　transplanting, weeding, thinning, hoeing and other tasks required in theplanting, maintaining, and harvesting of various herb crops. Workerswill sort, wash, pack and otherwise prepare various crops for storageand shipping. Workers will perform other farm-related duties includingthe following: load and unload trucks and other farm vehicles, setup and

　　operate irrigation equipment and cut brush and other vegetation in andaround fields, buildings and equipment. Workers must be able to work invarious extreme weather conditions from damp and cold spring and falldays to hot and humid summer days. Workers may operate trucks or othermulti-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing (whether on oroff farm) to the farm properties, haul tools, supplies, or crops;transport workers from place to place around the farm properties duringthe workday (including on

　　public roads to reach farmers fields); and/or transport workers to thegrocery store, bank, or laundry facilities on an as needed basis.Driver\'s license may be required. Work is physically

　　demanding requiring workers to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel forextended periods of time. Workers must be able to lift and carry up to50 pounds on a frequent basis. Workers must

　　be available for work Monday through Saturday. Daily beginning andending times will vary depending on crop and other conditions. Workersmay require to work 7 hours shift within

　　the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm from Monday through Friday and may work 5hours shift within the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm on Saturdays. Workerwill be given at least 30 minutes
