　　All other duties assigned under this order will be those duties of FarmWorker and Laborer, Farm and Ranch.

　　The anticipated hours listed represent the normal work schedule. Due tothe nature of these crops, weather, and the requirement to send crops tocustomers when needed, it is the prevailing practice to work more ordifferent hours than those listed.

　　A worker may be offered more than the specified hours of work, howeverthe worker will not be required to work for more than the number ofhours specified in the job order, or on the workers Sabbath or Federalholidays. Saturday work may be required. Employer-paid drug test isrequired if a worker has an accident at work.

　　Work day start times vary depending on the weather. depending on thetime of year, hours of daylight, and production requirements. Workersmust be able to work varying shifts as required by the season and workperformed. Workers are notified of any change in the start times. Workmay be performed during rain, light snow, cold, freezing temperaturesand/or in high humidity and in temperatures over a 100 degrees F. Workermay be required to work in fields when crops are wet with dew/rain andshould have suitable clothing for variable weather conditions. Workermust possess requisite physical strength and endurance to repeat theharvest process throughout the workday. Workers must work at asustained, vigorous pace and make bona-fide efforts to work efficientlyand consistently that are reasonable under the climatic and all otherworking conditions.

　　Worker may never ride on agricultural equipment not designed for workrelated riding purposes or any other non-passenger intended equipmentunless instructed and authorized by the employer or supervisor to do so.All work-related injuries must be immediately reported to the crewleader, foreman, or supervisor. If light duty work is assigned for aworkers compensation injury, the worker will be expected to return towork and perform the light duty work upon advice from a physician andthe workers compensation insurance company. Full Growing SeasonCommitment: The job offered requires that the worker be available forwork every day that work is available for the full period of employment.The worker agrees to be available for work and perform the assigned workfor the assigned employer whenever work is available through the fullperiod of employment. Training: There will be a demonstration period tofamiliarize workers with job specification and to demonstrate properharvest methods and other crop specific issues. Workers who possess avalid drivers license and be insurable may drive vehicles to transportcrop, equipment, supplies, and workers. The majority of the workactivities during the overall contract period will be related to generalfarm work, irrigation of pastures on a cattle operation.

　　Flood irrigation duties: lift gate of flood irrigation ditch/pipepermitting water to flow into bordered section of field; shovel and packdirt in low spots of embankment or cut trenches in high areas to directwater flow; shovel or hoe soil to clear ditches/furrows and buildembankments to appropriately channel water; use plastic dams to movewater from ditches

　　onto fields.

　　Workers may also:

　　1.Operate or maintain equipment used in agricultural production andfield preparation such as tractors, irrigation

　　equipment, 4-wheelers, trucks, and other commonly used equipment inagriculture.

　　2.Operate tractors to mow, weed spray and maintain fields and pasture.

　　3.Load and mix chemicals to spray weeds with handheld/backpack sprayer.

　　4.Spray fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungus andweed growth, and diseases, using hand sprayers.

　　5.Workers may also clear debris and garbage from fields andclean/maintain farm buildings, structures, equipment,

　　and work areas.

　　6.Assist with farm building/fence/field maintenance and repairs.

　　7.Use a hoe, shovel or hands to pull and remove weeds and undesirablevegetation.
