The Work

As a Tech Consulting AI/ML Scientist, you will translate real-world challenges into practical AI/ML solutions. You will design, experiment with, and develop advanced systems, leveraging your technical, industry, and functional expertise to create innovative technology solutions that drive business value. You will analyze current processes and systems to identify optimization opportunities, applying proven methodologies to redefine workflows. Your strategic guidance will ensure successful integration and adoption of AI and ML technologies, aligning with organizational readiness and technical requirements.

Professional Skills Requirements

As part of this role, you are expected to have:

Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.

Experience explaining complex technical concepts to an executive/non-technical audience.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying business value for technical solutions to the C-Suite.

Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in multi-cultural professional settings.

Experience working in a technology environment, designing and implementing solutions that meet business needs within project timelines.

Experience providing estimations, project plans, and resource requirements for designed solutions.

Leadership experience guiding technical leads, engineers, and developers according to architecture and conducting technical reviews.

Willingness to travel as required by business needs and client requirements.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

Certification in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, OCI, Google, AWS) or equivalent industry experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience creating and operating AI/ML teams and driving AI transformation programs

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the creation of AI/ML systems and designs, including implementation experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with operations teams and associated toolsets

Minimum of 3 years of experience evaluating applications for AI integration and determining the best methods and target environments

Minimum of 2 years in a consulting field selling to customers

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math preferred

Experience with major AI/ML frameworks and tools

Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations

Industry-specific experience (Financial Services, Health Public Services, Resources, Products, Communications and Media Tech)

Experience with Cloud Native, Containers, and Serverless Architectures

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

Washington $100,500 to $270,300
