Description:
In this role the IT HelpDesk technician serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Providing Wellmark members and providers with basic support on the Internal Tool Set. This could include password reset, Web browser support, issue resolution of navigation through the web portal.
Experience with working with customers and assisting in the creation of accounts, resetting passwords, following documented processes and procedures. This role will be for support customers and supporting tools that Members, Providers, and Producers leverage.
