About Family Response and Stabilization Therapist

  Description Nexus-FACTS is excited to add a Therapist for its innovative Family Response and Stabilization Services (FRSS) program! This program provides an immediate in-person response to Hennepin County families with youth ages 5-18 everyday, 365 days a year! The need for response is defined by the youth and family. Delivery of services are driven by family's cultural, community and clinical needs. Our Therapist will work collaboratively with our Family Response Team. Our Family Response Team connects families with other supports along with our optional eight-week stabilization services. About Nexus: Our team of licensed therapists at Nexus-FACTS (Family, Adolescents, and Children's Therapy Services) is specially trained in trauma and stress, and we're committed to helping families stay together, heal, grow, and move forward. We have a multidisciplinary team covering Community-Based services, an Outpatient Clinic, Early Childhood programs, Family Response and Stabilization, and Intensive In-home services. Responsibilities: Our FRSS Therapist will provide support and consultation to our response and stabilization team. They will provide youth and or adult diagnostic assessments and brief therapeutic services. Our therapist will also assist in treatment planning and coordination for stabilization services. These services are primarily in-home and some in-community based. Schedule & Pay: Work primarily from home and within local community! Full time flexible scheduling within core hours Core Hours between 2pm-7pm Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000! Required Qualifications: Minimum of Master's or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences, human services, social work, counseling, psychology, family therapy, or related fields from Experience in related community-based work with adults, families, and/or youth Must currently hold a clinical license - LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC) Knowledge of family-based philosophy and practice is required Valid driver's license required Nice to Have: Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Experience working in multi-cultural communities a plus!
