　　Bend and the surrounding communities are growing rapidly, presenting the need for an additionalFamily Medicine Physicianin our Upper Mill clinic, located in the heart of it all.

　　Outpatient practice

　　1st year salary guarantee: $220,000 - $260,000 base salary + wRVU Production Bonus

　　wRVU Production in 2nd year

　　4 - 4.5 day workweek

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Required Qualifications & Abilities:

　　Highly-engaged MD/DO physician

　　Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Family Medicine

　　Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

　　Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

　　Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

　　In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Respect for patient's confidentiality

　　Compassionate and approachable

　　Responsible and trustworthy

　　Attend work regularly and on time

　　General Physical Requirements

　　While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
