　　Details of the position:

　　Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model and shares our vision to create healthier communities

　　Focused on outpatient treatment plans and follow-ups

　　Ultrasound, NST's, colposcopy done in office

　　Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

　　Requirements:

　　Must be BE/BC in Family Medicine

　　Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug and Enforcement Agency ("DEA") registration

　　Obtain and maintain an unrestricted license to practice in Minnesota

　　CHI St Joseph's Health is a Joint Commission accredited 25-bed critical access hospital located in Park Rapids, MN with a 24-hour Emergency Department and Level IV Trauma Center with 13 beds.
