We are seeking a Family Based Program Coordinator for our Stroudsburg, PA location.The Program Coordinator will assist Regional Director and Program Director/Clinical Supervisor with the daily operations of the program.  This includes business, clinical, safety and administrative needs. The Program Coordinator will oversee record management - including conduct periodic chart audit and reviews; spending and tracking of Family Support Services; interfacing with payers, families, staff and ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory standards; tracking training documentation for all staff, Human Resources and Credentialing tracking, Avatar implementation and support, Information Technology resources and support. The coordinator will be responsible for report follow up and meeting attendance in regard Fiscal and Safety. 　　Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related field requiredA valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and access to reliable transportation is a requirement.2 years of CASSP experience required including experience with children and adolescents providing mental health or community services.
