This is a part time position. This employee will interact daily with Dealership personnel including Service Advisors, Service Manager and support staff. They will also deal directly with customers throughout the day. Job Description & Responsibilities* Kolosso Toyota is seeking a part-time Service Lane Greeter/Shuttle Driver to join our exceptional team! Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: * Greet and welcome customers to our facility * Move vehicles in the service drive * Communicate with Service Advisors about customers arrival * Help maintain a good traffic flow in the service lanes * Drive vehicles through the service lanes to the back shop as needed * Bring vehicles back out to customers when work has been completed * Assist Service Department personnel as needed Qualifications* Skills & Knowledge** : • Excellent customer service skills are essential • Outstanding communication skills are crucial • Valid Driver’s License with a record that is acceptable by our insurance guidelines • Ability to drive a manual transmission • Reliable & Self-motivated • Punctual & Honest • Professional  Must demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
