Weston & Sampson CMR is seeking a Co-Op for our Fall 2024 Co-Op Program. You will work out of our Wilmington office and be introduced to a variety of areas within the Construction, Maintenance and Repair company.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of projects as directed by the Crew leader, Foreman, or Supervisor. You will be given proper OSHA training prior to any work at a site.

　　Perform various physical tasks as assigned including carrying or moving equipment, setting up equipment, and assisting team members with demolition or installations

　　Handle physically demanding construction duties

　　Prepare tools and materials for skilled workers

　　Clean and prepare specific areas of jobsite as assigned.

　　Clean jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored

　　Travel in company vehicles to pick up or deliver equipment or parts as needed.

　　Work around our shop as needed to keep organized and clean.

　　Perform other related duties as assigned

　　What you will bring:

　　Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

　　Students with 2 years of course work completed are preferred.

　　Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills

　　Work effectively in a team environment

　　Ability to effectively organize, manage and coordinate multiple assignments.

　　Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

　　Must have a valid driver’s license

　　Must have steel toe boots. All other safety gear (hard hat, goggles, gloves, vests, etc.) will be provided
