Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate on the development and implementation of programs and solutions.

　　Support Human Resource People Partners on the execution of initiatives to deliver on the annual HR headcount plan for identified customer groups.

　　Design and deliver key metrics and dashboards to identify project effectiveness.

　　Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers

　　Assist with special projects as assigned.

　　Educational & Experience Requirements:

　　Must be currently seeking a bachelor or masters level degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related degree.

　　Must not graduate until after December 2024 or must be planning to move on to the next level of education in the Spring 2025 semester.

　　3.0 cumulative GPA or higher

　　Strong customer service skills and organizational skills

　　Strong computer skills which includes being familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.

　　Excellent interpersonal and written skills

　　Must have reliable transportation to and from work for the duration of the internship
