　　We are currently looking for a Factory Engineering Manager to join our Balıkesir Factory team.

　　Location: Balıkesir

　　Type of contract: Permanent

　　As a Factory Engineering Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

　　Provide engineering professional and technical leadership

　　Drive maintenance strategy and continuous improvement through TPM.

　　Ensure people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised

　　Empower people to motivate and develop their capability and all factory maintenance and digital capability development

　　Align and involved all the relevant functions

　　Participation in product development activities

　　Lead utility and maintenance strategy and factory maintenance and small purchase budget

　　Which profile are we looking for?

　　Minimum 7 years in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, Industrial Services, M&I or E&A/MES Engineer, or equivalent positions)

　　Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution)

　　Participation in the development of engineering projects >500kCHF, as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including different products and technologies, and both, the mechanical and E&A areas)

　　Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process or packing optimisation/continuous improvement

　　Demonstrated capability to lead a group of people

　　Excellent command of English

　　Living in Balıkesir or willing to move to Balıkesir
