　　Distribute maintenance service calls utilizing computer applications, telephone, and other methods to field service providers. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Provide a high level of customer service in a team environment.Assign service calls to service technicians and contractors.Update service provider skills, scheduling calendars, and store assignments to optimize the distribution of service calls.Maintain subcontractor and technician contact information.Utilize company email system to send and receive messages.Review previously assigned service calls assuring customer service level expectations are met.Coach maintenance software users on the correct procedures for logging service calls.Instruct service providers on the division's or business unit's overtime and service-level expectations.Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

　　High school diplomaExperience with Microsoft OfficeProficient level of computer operating skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast paced work environmentExperience in customer serviceExcellent communication skills

　　Experience with detailed spreadsheets and data manipulationCall center experience in a technical service role
