　　Conduct yourself in a professional manner, displaying a positive attitude, speaking highly of the company in the presence of customers or otheremployees.Follow all company policies and procedures in regards to safety.Tender customer transactions in quick and efficient manners.Promote for sale to our customers any current charitable promotions.Understand and follow the guidelines in scanning every item.Recognize the different types of produce.Understand and follow the company guidelines on bottom of the basket.Understand and follow company guidelines on tendering electronic funds transactions. (i.e. Credit/Debit, EBT, Gift Cards). Also tendering andprocessing cash Transactions, check transactions.Understand and adhere to guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons.Understand and adhere to guidelines on tendering coin star vouchers.Understand and adhere to the company's limits on cash shortages and works honestly and effectively to control loss.Understand and adhere to shrink guidelines as relates to front end operations.Strive to achieve company's item per bag guidelines.Check prices, which require knowing the locations of all items.Understand and adhere to guidelines on restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, Fireworks, Videos, etc.).Maintain a clean and organized work station.Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
