Job Summary Always Best Care Senior Services on Oahu is currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and passionate Facility CNA/Certified Nursing Assistant to care for our senior community. This role is a Full Time position with an hourly salary, ranging from $18 to $22, paid weekly. The CNA is expected to offer the highest quality of direct care to elderly residents in a secure and safe environment. Compensation & Benefits The CNA will receive a competitive salary of $18 to $22 per hour, paid weekly. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities • Conduct vitals checks, such as respiration, heart rates, breathing, and temperature • Assist residents with basic daily activities including walking, eating, dressing, and ambulating • Monitor the physical and mental condition of residents • Administer medication according to physicians' orders • Keep accurate records of all patients' medical and activity status • Report all changes in patients’ conditioned to RNs or management • Provide necessary emotional support to residents • Participate in organizing recreational activities • Adhere to and maintain state and federal regulations outlined by safety guidelines Requirements • Must have a valid CNA certification from the State of Hawaii • High school diploma or GED • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably working with seniors • Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures • Demonstrated patient service attitude • Ability to document accurately and concisely • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must pass a background check prior to employment   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement Always Best Care Senior Services on Oahu is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
