Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Houston, Texas. The chosen candidate will join our team operating in the industry, providing valuable insights and solutions to business processes and functions.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking purposes

• Utilize CRM for maintaining and managing customer relationships

• Conduct Gap Analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose strategic solutions

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data analysis and documentation purposes

• Implement AB Testing to improve user experience and business outcomes

• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently

• Understand and analyze Business Process Functions for better process management

• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents to ensure project requirements are met

• Oversee Claim Administration to ensure smooth processing and handling of claims. Requirements • Possess proficiency in Atlassian Jira for effective project management and tracking.

• Understand and have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Capable of conducting comprehensive Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement.

• Exhibit strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data handling and documentation.

• Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies to optimize business processes.

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.

• Familiarity with Business Process Functions and their role in organizational success.

• Able to create and manage Business Requirement Documents to align project goals with business needs.
