　　Perform general maintenance and maintain the overall conditions and cleanliness of the corporate office.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Keep cleaning equipment and facilities operational, safe and in compliance with all relevant codes by scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs

　　Maintain the maintenance record keeping

　　Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed

　　Keep all fire extinguisher inspections current

　　Replace all water cooler, refrigerator and building filters on schedule

　　Ensure all maintenance is performed in a safe manner compliant with OSHA guidelines and company policies

　　Job Qualifications

　　Education:

　　High school degree or equivalent preferredExperience:

　　2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or similar role

　　Ability to work efficiently and effectively in stressful situations

　　Working knowledge of plumbing, mechanical and electrical issues

　　Compensation Range:

　　The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

　　$22.59-$27.98
