The Opportunity

Work on an A-Grade asset in Perth CBD for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall. This role will see you manage one asset, manage capex projects and compliance / risk management. This role is open to part-time applicants, 3 or 4 days a week or school hours.

This role will see you work independently with a high level of autonomy.

Oversee building operations and deliver efficient and cost-effective management of a dedicated commercial portfolio

Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the portfolio.

Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services; tenant liaison and contractor management.

Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.

Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting.

About you

Demonstrated Facilities Management experience on commercial, industrial or retail assets

The high level of autonomy in this role will suit someone who likes working in a fast paced environment and has good multi tasking skills

A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural

The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

We will also consider candidates with a similar background looking to start in Facilities Management
