Description:

　　Candidates will be doing facility maintenance at various locations (22 within Macomb and Oakland county, Wayne and Washtenaw ). You will get a company vehicle that you can take home with all tools provided and a phone. Typical day would most likely start in Troy and look at the computer maintenance program to see what needs to be done and prioritize by job and location. There are times where they may start in a different location. You could be fixing, minor electrical, plumbing, paint work, drywall, and hvac concerns. Anything major is subcontracted out and would be managing the vendors. You will also help with new location buildouts and do PM's. There will be working from heights, bending, carrying and pushing involved. Will have some customer and team interaction throughout the day, so will need to be professional and courteous.

　　M-F 40hrs. Usually like 7a-3:30/4p. OT available, some required and some voluntary and occasional Saturdays.

　　-5 yrs Facility Maintenance within commercial, industrial or multi family home properties.

　　-Knowledge of Carpentry, hvac, plumbing, painting

　　-Computer Skills (Browsing programs for maintenance, and inputting data, and sending emails)

　　-Clean Driving record (For company vehicle)

　　Experience supporting and maintaining multiple locations at time-Rooftop experience for HVAC systems (not fully diagnosing but helping if necessary)
