Custodian

　　Location: Pueblo, CO

　　Shift: Monday - Friday

　　6:00am - 2:300pm

　　OR

　　4:00pm - 12:30am

　　Position may be required to work overtime or weekends as needed forfunctions or special events.

　　Duration: This is a 9 month contract

　　Pay: $14.00/hour

　　WEEKLY PAY

　　Responsibilities:

　　Fulfill Cleaning Standards in assigned areas; this may include:

　　vacuum carpets, clean, sanitize, replenish supplies in all bathroom andshower facilities, remove all trash from assigned areas, cleanwhiteboards/blackboards, empty pencil sharpeners, clean all drinkingfountains, clean glass/windows, clean furniture, sweep and mop allfloors, clean classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, gymnasium, mediacenter, locker rooms, auditoriums, lobbies, lounges, corridors,elevators, stairways and other spaces.

　　Deep cleaning projects such as restoring carpet, shampooing furniture,stripping and waxing floors, scrubbing non-wax floors, washing walls,detail cleaning air vents, exterior windows, and cleaning light fixtures.

　　Assist all other staff as needed to include other duties as assigned by theimmediate Supervisor.

　　Other duties as assigned or required.

　　Qualifications:

　　Six months of experience in a custodial position

　　Must be able to independently perform job responsibilities

　　Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs

　　Must have a valid driver's license
