　　Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

　　Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems and conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.

　　Analyzes equipment and system failures, then troubleshoots, and makes adjustments to return to normal operational status.

　　Monitors equipment and systems in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve system reliability.

　　Monitors the work of others in area of responsibilities to mitigate impacts to equipment and systems.

　　Assists in performing analyzes of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommends and implements improvements.

　　Supports gathering and analysis of data, blueprints, and reports and additionally supports analysis of project costs and preparation of budgets through on ground experience.

　　Qualifications

　　You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Associate's technical degree in chemical, mechanical, a water program, related field operations or comparable facilities experience OR candidate must have 6+ months of experience in preventive maintenance in a facility environment.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Wastewater certification or equivalent.

　　Facilities maintenance experience.

　　Dewatering of waste activated sludge operation.

　　Ion Exchange and Reverse Osmosis treatment.
