　　Assist Facilities Manager with the coordination of resources, equipment, tasks, and information. Keep site projects organized and progressing to complete projects on-time and within budget. Drive communication with internal/external team members to ensure timely follow up and execution. Maintain a safety mindsetA willingness to be hands-on and work in a warehouse environment is a must.

　　Responsibilities

　　Facilities

　　• Coordinate and maintain daily project schedule for facilities team

　　• Assist with scheduling machine PM maintenance and emergency repairs

　　• Obtain quotes for purchases and services needed, create POR's, and filter through management for approval

　　• Maintain organized online filing systems for maintenance records, vehicle inspections, forklift certifications, etc.

　　• Maintain updated contractor listing

　　• Assist with Stormwater collection and reporting

　　• Other related tasks as necessary

　　Safety

　　• Provide support related to safety training and new hire safety orientation

　　• Lead local site safety committee

　　• Conduct daily safety walks. Monitor and report issues/concerns to management

　　• Responsible for keeping supervisors on task to meet safety requirements (observations, toolbox talks, leadership audits)

　　• Monitor building security and report issues to local police/fire/management

　　• Implement new corporate safety policies and programs at site level

　　• Communicate and enforce all OSHA safety standards and Transpak safety policies

　　• Review accidents and near misses with Supervisors to identify causes and recommend corrective actions to reduce the risk

　　of recurrence

　　• Conduct inventory of PPE and First Aid Kits, order supplies as needed

　　• Administer annual safety drill

　　The essential functions of this role include:
