　　We are looking for individuals who are motivated and hardworking to help us fabricate world-class projects for retail environments, events, and more. The type of projects in our shop ranges from custom cabinetry, to architectural millwork, to foam sculptures, to tradeshow booths, and more. The person in this position will be responsible for processing work safely and efficiently, while keeping with Britten's quality control standards. This is a key member of our team who will be flexible in terms of scope of work and will be able to work with a range of materials and tools, to help meet the needs of our customers.

　　Operate a variety of woodworking and foam sculpting machinery and tools to fabricate cabinetry, millwork, and foam sculpturesMatch materials for color, grain, or textureGlue, fit and clamp parts and sub-assemblies together to form complete unit using clamps or clamping machineSand and scrapes surfaces and joints of articles to prepare for finishingRead and understand blueprints, drawings and/or written directionsMeasuring parts to ensure accuracy and fitAssemble and prep units for finishing with precision and attention to detailWillingness and ability to follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done with thinking Safety FirstInterest and ability to work long hours and weekends as neededAlign with and believe in the company core values: We Say Yes, We Hustle, We Think Bigger, We Keep Promises, We Build People UpOther Duties
