  St. Luke Community Healthcare has an opening for a PRN CNA in the Extended Care Facility. Day and evening shifts are available. Experience preferred, but not necessary. To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, we require signed, a one-year, work commitment.PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING IS REQUIRED *ST.
