　　The Boeing India Engineering team is currently looking for Automation Test Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, India. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services business organization.

　　Job Description & Responsibilities:

　　Create formal test plans and test reports and ensures they have the correct approvals.Coaches and mentors test team members the importance of testing.Responsible for test planning.Creates and Maintains the test strategy, documents it.Should be responsible for maintaining the test cases in test management tools such as ALM and fetching test execution Reports, Requirement traceability matrix etc. from it.Estimate user stories/features (story point estimation) and tasks in hours with the required level of accuracy and commit them as part of Sprint Planning.Provides test coverage reports/automates test cases percentage.Ensures high quality deliverable is passed on to UAT phase for stakeholders testing.Provides test evaluation summary report (test metrics) for the release.Works with the Product Owner to confirm that the acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality.Raises any impediments/risks (technical/operational/personal) they come across and approaches Scrum Masters/Technical Architect/PO accordingly to arrive at a decision.Collaborate with other team members on various aspects of development/integration testing etc. to get the feature working on is delivered with quality and on time.Tests features developed by developers throughout sprints to ensure working software with high quality as per acceptance criteria defined is released as per committed team sprint objectives.Plan how the features will be tested and should manage the test environments and be ready with the test data.Understands requirements, they create automated test cases thereby ensuring regression testing is performed on a daily basis. Checks in code into the shared source code repository regularly without build errors.Design, develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium.Have a good understanding of the product features and customer expectation. They ensure all the aspects of the functionality is tested before passing it for UAT.Defect logging and tracking in the tools such as Jira, ALM etc.Basic Skills/qualification :

　　A Bachelor's degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION.at least 8 years of experience with 3 years in automation testing.Experience in automation testing script development using Automation Testing tools like Selenium (or) QTP (Quick Test Professional) and experience on HP ALM or DevOps, ETL Testing, SQL.Should have experience in creating test automation framework from scratch and configuring TestNG, Reporting and logging etc.Should have good understanding on API testing and creating RESTful API testing Framework.Programming experience using: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Perl/Python/Shell Script, Spring Framework, Restful APIs, SOAP, Angular 4, TypeScript / Microservices, Swagger, Groovy, JavaScriptShould have experience in database testing and should have good exposure to SQL and NOSQL databases.Hands on Performance testing tools like HP Performance Tester (LoadRunner), JmeterHands on Experience in cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS etc.Should have experience in feature branch-based development CI/CD, maven, git, Jenkins and docker, Test suite integration/execution in DevOps pipeline.Should have experience in implementing BDD frameworks.Should have knowledge on Azure Data lake, SQL Server database Analysis service.Should have worked with test management tools - like ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) or other equivalent test management toolsShould be proficient in understanding and traversing the DOM structure through HTML, CSS, XPATH etc.Relevant work experience into manual testing. Data comparison, Data Verification and Validation using ExcelExperience working in an Agile environment; Working knowledge of Agile principles, methods, and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDesired Skills:Experience in DevOps/Cloud Services, continuous integration and deployment frameworks a plus.Excellent verbal communication skills; Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.Technical background and an understanding of the Aviation industry.Preferred Qualifications (Experience):
