　　Role & Responsibilities:Assist the Director of Psychology and the Director of Rehab in department supervision, maintaining accreditation status, and support of patient care.Maintaining data trackers, taking meeting minutes, scanning / filing / organizing documents, corresponding with internal and external stake holders.Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement:Excel, Word, Outlook Microsoft Office suite, strong organizational skillsPrior experience as clerical support in a hospital settingDesired skills:Data entry and statistical/analytic skills OrganizationStrong communication skills,Attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork.Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s):Computer, copier, scanner, fax.Computer software to be used:Microsoft Office suite.Microsoft Teams.Some of the hospital's internal software applications.About our Company: -
