Description

Prestigious client seeks a thorough Executive Personal Assistant/Director of Administration with excellent technology skills. The responsibilities of this role will consist of managing daily administrative task, running personal errands, assist with basic troubleshooting support, managing email accounts, booking travel arrangements, scheduling appointments/meetings, reaching out to clients and or vendors via phone or email, planning company events, and providing support as requested. The ideal Executive Personal Assistant for this role should have outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong multi-tasking skills, and high attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can be a true right-hand/partner to the CEO.

Primary Responsibilities

· Answer and direct incoming calls

· Drafting email communications

· Prepare meeting/conference materials

· Assist visitors as needed

· Book and prepare travel arrangements

· Preparing reports as needed

· Calendar Management

· Prepare client/vendor correspondence

· Assist with staff as needed

· Ad hoc request

Requirements

The ideal Executive Personal Assistant/Director of Administration will preferably have a Bachelors degree Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Executive Personal Assistant/Director of Administration role include and are not limited to:

· 10+ years of administrative, personal assistant, concierge experience

· Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

· Excellent communication time management skills

· Highly Organized
