JPMorgan Chase is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models into our Home Lending processes. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and elevating employee productivity through the intelligent application of innovative Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Lead the strategic development and execution of Generative Artificial Intelligence Initiatives within the Home Lending business, ensuring alignment with JPMorgan Chase's broader business goals.

　　Build and manage a high performing team, guiding them in their role as Generative Artificial Intelligence subject matter experts and Internal consultants.

　　Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for Generative Artificial Intelligence to enhance efficiency and productivity in the Home Lending processes.

　　Conduct extensive research and stay updated on the latest Generative Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models advancements to identify innovative applications for Home Lending.

　　Collaborate Closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions.

　　Oversee the development and implementation of Generative Artificial Intelligence pilot projects, measuring their impact and scalability.

　　Advocate for and lead the change management initiatives required to integrate new technologies into existing systems and workflows.

　　Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

　　Proven experience in a leadership role with technology, Artificial Intelligence, or financial services.

　　Strong Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and specifically Generative Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models technologies.

　　Strategic mindset with the ability to identify long-term opportunities and risks associated with Generative Artificial Intelligence Integration.

　　Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing a range of stakeholders.

　　Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

　　Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and project.
