Description
Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary.
Works closely with CEO, CFO, CNO and Medical Staff.
Performs Supply Ordering and light Accounting duties.
Ensuring quality, collecting application and credentialing data.
Obtaining primary source verification.
Reviewing and evaluating qualification.
Organize and maintain meeting minutes.
Acts as liaison between Insurance companies and Hospital.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Pro, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
