　　YOUR FUTURE ROLE

　　In this role you will be working in a cross-functional team who strives to embody customer focus, collaboration, and trust. We are looking for people who share our passion for creating products that people love to use. 　　Manage the overall SAP Signavio tech touch customer relationship in alignment with internal stakeholders

　　Accountable for customers overall success with a strong focus on administrative topics such as working on contract and billing requests, account updates, and renewals

　　Assist with improving internal processes and customer facing outreaches

　　Share insights about customer use cases and issues with SAP Signavio leadership

　　Assist with content / best practices creation for tech touch customer segment

　　Creative writing of blog posts in the online customer community

　　YOUR PROFILE

　　Prior experience in Customer Service or in a customer facing role that includes mass communication

　　Ability to collaborate, build strong relationships internally and support communication campaigns

　　Ability to proactively engage across functions (Sales, Services, Marketing, Product Management & others)

　　Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

　　Passion for customers and their success

　　Experience in email marketing and content creation(optional)

　　Experience in business process management / business process consulting (optional)

　　Business fluent in German and English
