  We’re looking for an Executive Assistant / Jr. Chief of Staff who will play a pivotal role supporting our CEO and Executive Leadership Team. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at facilitating seamless operations at the highest level. This role is instrumental in optimizing our executive's time, fostering a positive company culture, and driving strategic initiatives.   

  Responsibilities: 

  Manage and prioritize the CEO’s inbox, ensuring timely and effective communication responses. 

  Coordinate and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and optimizing their time for strategic engagements. 

  Undertake special projects, conduct research, analysis, and providing comprehensive insights for informed decision-making. 

  Spearhead culture initiatives, organizing events and activities that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. 

  Act as a gatekeeper, managing access to the CEO and ensuring that their time is dedicated to high-priority tasks. 

  Liaise effectively between internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO professionally and efficiently. 

  Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

They should thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a proactive approach to executive support. A high level of discretion, integrity, and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this role. 

  Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, calendars, and projects efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.  

  Strong Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders internally and externally.  

  Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintains a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and maintains professional discretion.  

  Strategic Thinking: Capable of understanding the CEO's vision and priorities, aligning tasks and projects accordingly.  

  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate obstacles, find solutions, and take the lead on complex projects or initiatives.  

  Research and Analytical Skills: Capable of conducting in-depth research and presenting information in a clear, concise manner to aid decision-making.  

  Team Player with Emotional Intelligence: Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, possessing empathy, and understanding to support the company culture.  

  Time Management: Prioritizes tasks effectively, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized and tasks are completed within set deadlines.  

  Flexibility and Resilience: Can handle last-minute changes, urgent tasks, and high-pressure situations with composure.  

  Initiative and Proactivity: Takes ownership of responsibilities, anticipates needs, and takes action to address them without constant supervision. 

  Qualifications: 

  Has prior experience supporting executives 

  Possesses exceptional organizational skills 

  Is a strategic thinker 

  Is a strong communicator, both written and verbal 

  Adaptable, entrepreneurial and takes initiative 

  Has technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products – especially Excel and PowerPoint 

   

  Hours: Full Time (40-50 hours per week) - Hybrid work from home schedule

  Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 

  Classification: Exempt
