Amazon's Corporate Development team is seeking an Executive Assistant ready to support a Vice President and Director in a fast-paced role. The Corporate Development team is responsible for identifying, executing, managing and integrating Amazon's mergers, acquisitions, and minority investments.Experience leading and executing complex tasks and projects under tight deadlines will help you succeed in this role. You will have a strong sense of when to take action, even in instances of ambiguity, and be able to execute tasks with little to no direction, while balancing multiple critical requests with appropriate urgency and sound judgment.You will also be highly detail-oriented and demonstrate sound oral and written communication while maintaining flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals both inside and outside the company is critical.
