　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Assist in high-visibility HR projects such as recruitment, talent management, and file management.

　　Assist in workforce analytics to help drive data-driven solutions that best align with business needs.

　　Learn to use HR systems and tools such as Workday and Qlik reporting.

　　Support global HR projects around harmonization, total rewards, benefits, labor contract management and more

　　Assist HR Business Partners with leader support

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Basic project management skills

　　Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative

　　The salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
