Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated Executive Assistant. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is result-oriented, thorough in their work, and takes initiative.

The role requires:

Handle and manage executive schedules through proficient calendar management.

Facilitate communication within the organization, including correspondence and conference calls.

Liaison: Helping respond to emails, texts, and voicemails.

Assist in special projects, as needed.

Copying, proofreading, printing and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiar with QuickBooks

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

2-4 years experience in EA role

BA degree or equivalent years experience
