Qualifications:

　　General AP knowledge

　　Payments experience (2 years is ideal): payment to vendors

　　Vendor payment

　　Invoices per day: High volume (1000 in batches: automated)

　　-Excellent Communication Skills Needs to be comfortable communicating with other individuals

　　Description:

　　Processes payments and settlements in multiple ERP systems by way of creating payment batches and settlement batches

　　Applies payments to invoices that have already been paid manually, and pays manually in multiple websites and formats

　　Works collaboratively and seamlessly with other pillars within Accounts Payable; understands end-to-end process of payment processing

　　Responsible for timely payments and adherence to strict procedures and controls

　　Looks for, and proactively works on, process improvements: automating manual processes, cleaning-up worksheets and documents for easier review, processing and approvals

　　Responsible for cancelling payments made in error, or with an error, and for spotting fraudulent attempts made to requisition funds

　　Escalates any matter as required if the resolution cannot be completed to the supervisor

　　Helps build and maintain strong team dynamic and spirit, while working cooperatively with the team

　　Helps develop a best-in-class payment processing by maintaining & upholding all company policies and departmental procedures, as well as demonstrating a

　　level of professionalism and communication consistent with the expectation of a supervisor position

　　Contributes to various clerical & administrative tasks as required
