Description
Robert Half is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to work with a strong management team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and will have the opportunity to showcase their talents in a challenging and friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines, following up on action items, and providing updates to stakeholders
Conduct research and gather information as needed
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with project management tools and software is preferred
High level of discretion and professionalism
