  Position: Executive Personal Assistant

  Location: Vancouver

  Responsibilities: As an Executive Personal Assistant at The Acquisition Group, you will be responsible for seamlessly managing both personal and business tasks for our executive. Key responsibilities include:

  Personal Assistance:

  + + Manage the executive's personal calendar, travel arrangements, and day-to-day commitments.

  Handle personal correspondence with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality.

  Coordinate and organize personal events and engagements.

  Business Assistance:

  Organize business schedule, including meetings, phone calls, emails, etc. Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.

  Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with executive priorities.

  Efficiency and Organization:

  Anticipate the needs of the executive, maintaining an organized system for task prioritization. Streamline internal processes to enhance the efficiency of daily operations.

  Qualifications & skills:

  At least 1 year of experience in similar role (2-5 years’ preferred), as well as working in highly professional settings.

  Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

  Management experience is an asset.

  Advanced proficiency in business communications (e.g.) spelling, punctuation, business writing and computer systems.

  Must have a valid BC driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract; personal vehicle is an asset.

  High level of discretion.

  Attention to detail.

  Ability to think quickly and problem solve independently; self-sufficient.

  Ability to forecast and anticipate needs of the business, Executive and the Executive ‘s family.

  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as you will often directly represent the leader of our company.

  Ability to collaborate with other staff members and home personnel.

  Manages deadlines and allocates time appropriately, despite challenges.
