Job Description 

　　The Financial Analyst supports forecast preparation, site related management reporting, inventory transaction processing and inventory valuations, adjustments, and reconciliations. This individual monitors and evaluates financial performance of the local site as it compares to company and or site based initiatives.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Perform general accounting,  journal entries, accruals, and prepare monthly financial statements and reportsPerform forecast analysis by running analytics and providing recommendations as neededSupport tracking of budget to actualsAssist in site-based management reporting activities including performing expense revenue allocations, variance and &trend analysis, profit/cost center analysisPerform ad hoc decision support and analysis including market/site profitability reporting, balance sheet/P&L analysis, volume price analysis, project management, and project profitability analysis.Maintain healthcare industry knowledge around payment reform modelsThis position will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
