The Role
Responsible for full and complex administrative support to the UK/US Leaders
Performing an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, submitting invoices, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting organizational deadlines
Partnering with your Leaders to help them scale themselves across their broader organization, often acting as their proxy
Effectively organise meetings and appointments with senior leaders & Team X
Planning, managing, and executing team offsites, events, and activities (including the Christmas Party)
Producing documents, briefing papers, meeting minutes, reports and presentations
Provide administrative support for presentations and projects as well as onboarding new team members e.g. raising Service Central tickets & managing distribution lists
Support Leadership meetings e.g. Town Hall live events, in-person Leadership meetings
Undertake / assist with research on projects where requested

The Requirements
You will have supported at a senior level before, be willing and pro-active, super organised, able to think ahead as well as outside the box and be prepared. Previous experience as an EA in a large organisation would be an advantage.
Proven track record in providing proactive support at senior management level within a large corporate environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering excellent levels of client service through a large scale, matrixed operational function
Excellent IT literacy: Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook & Teams
Accurate minutes / note taking including maintaining action lists. Preparation, collation & distribution of meeting packs as required.
Ability to create presentations and utilise Powerpoint to an advanced level
Enthusiastic, friendly, passionate and committed to business excellence

Ability to offer an accurate, prompt and professional service and anticipate requirements
Capable of organising and prioritising workloads
Good understanding of insurance broking environment highly desirable
High level of attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Relevant experience of managing stakeholders at all levels and actively engaging with remote business units
Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities at short notice as required
