　　General Manager

　　Jerith Manufacturing, LLC an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a General Manager. This individual will direct, manage, and optimize the overall operations the plant and production facility.

　　What you will be doing:

　　Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.

　　Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business and enhance utilization of production assets.

　　Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.

　　Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.

　　Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.

　　Ensure overall delivery and quality of the company’s offerings to customers.

　　Be a role model for the company culture of servant leadership, and mentor the organization in living the commitments in the Strategic Road Map.

　　Must have 5 years P&L responsibility experience.

　　Drive key initiatives in plant operations to achieve improvements in operational excellence.

　　Engage in key or targeted customer activities.

　　Engage in key hiring and talent development programs.

　　Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.

　　Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.

　　Report key results to Executive Staff.

　　The skills and experience you need:

　　Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business required or 5 years of direct relatable experience.

　　5-7 years relevant business experience with a complete understanding of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)

　　Systems experience: Extremely strong Excel skills; ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred); experience with reporting tools (Power BI); proficiency with other MS Office products (Word, Powerpoint & Access)

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with various levels within the organization including senior leadership

　　Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
