Job Summary:
The Account Manager for SMO-RX will have ownership of driving support to RX event teams across business units, ensuring engagement with RXPH services and monitoring all 500+ RX events worldwide. Having the breadth and depth of knowledge of the RXPH services from Sales, Sales Support, Operations, Marketing and Analytics, the Account Manager will be key in developing and reporting engagement, ensuring timely gap analysis review in driving engagement between SMO-RX and RX business units/event teams. He/she will also work closely with all regional POCs/stakeholders as well as the local leadership team for SMO-RX division.
This position will lead engagement tracking and analysis reviews; this role will be primarily responsible in driving work done within SMO-RX providing long-term successful business implications, bridge events teams with SMO-RX cross-functional teams in monitoring and addressing issues and concerns and contribute to the overall RX strategic priorities.
Accountabilities:
Drive BU/event team engagement with SMO-RX - Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, Analytics and Operations
Develop and maintain a calendar and portfolio of all RX events/shows/conferences
Conduct/facilitate gap analysis review with business partners
Regular submission of reports to leaders and stakeholders - generate engagement report for business partners and RX senior/executive leadership team
Regularly liaise with POCs and stakeholders on any updates, issues and concerns from SMO-RX and vice versa
Work with business partners and SMO-RX in ensuring issues and concerns are addressed on a timely manner
Ability to facilitate or introduce SMO-RX services to business partners
Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder enquiries
Work collaboratively with operations and supports teams in alignment with effective service delivery of confirmed engagements
Conducts service overview to existing and new stakeholders to increase awareness of RXPH capabilities
Arrange and attend stakeholder touchpoints to track engagement progress and update plans. Include following through on any action required for feedback received
Ensure accurate reporting of all stakeholder engagement and all contact/activities are engagement reports/ calendars and dashboards
Prepare reports for ELT Engagement Reviews
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills and collaboration to achieve results
Written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and follow through skills. Able to meet multiple deadlines
A natural on conversing and comfortable to have high in-depth business discussions with event team’s decision makers
Highly self-motivated, energetic individual who builds strong relationships quickly
Commercially minded with a strong motivation to succeed in a high performing team
