Executive Administrative Assistant

A very fast growing company is looking for an Executive Admin to assist a senior leader in their organization.

This role sits in office and is NOT remote. This person will coordinate with leadership around the globe, manage heavy travel schedules and expense forms, and schedule meetings to handle the overall calendar. This role will include event planning and acute attention to detail with high level organizational skills. Coordinate and manage all logistics for internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, all hands, off-sites and one-on-one meetings with a wide variety of stakeholders (company leadership, Board of Directors, external partners). Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings and industry conferences. Professional, positive manner, with experience in a role requiring a high degree of confidentiality. Energetic, enthusiastic, and interested in learning within a fast-paced, fast-growth organization

Prior Experience as an Executive Admin

Experience handling travel arrangements and expenses

Experience managing multiple individual's calendars

Great communication and organizational skills
