　　We're screening for candidates who have experience processing payables and freight bills but is also willing to help with other office duties. This is an ideal position for someone who likes to stay busy at work and is comfortable doing different tasks each day. The position is temp to hire (for the right person) / Mondays to Fridays / 8:30am to 5:30pm.

　　Responsibilities

　　AP Assistant position will have multiple responsibilities that could vary from day to day. General overview includes:

　　Assist AP Manager track payables

　　Help process payroll

　　Review freight bills to ensure customers are billed correctly

　　Research freight discrepancies and work with manager to correct

　　Compare purchase orders, pricing and invoices to ensure accuracy

　　Relieve Switchboard Operator during lunch and breaks as needed

　　Could also help CFO with accounting projects and presentations

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment
