Responsibilities Schedules meetings and appointments as needed with internal and external customers using different systems on a regular basis including catering, equipment, and room setup/breakdown. Attends and takes meeting minutes as directed in a professional and timely manner Composes, prepares, and proofreads correspondence, office memos and reports on computer and maintains confidentiality when required. Common office tasks, such as filing, copying, scanning, sorting and distributing mail, and ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies. Manages executive team's meeting schedules and office calendar. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, rental vehicles and hotel and restaurant reservations. Maintaining professional communication via phone, email and mail. Anticipating the executive team's needs to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information, purging files on a regular basis and creating a new filing system as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred. Basic computer skills. Associate's degree preferred. 5 years of office administration and/or secretarial experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications a MUST. Experience dealing with highly confidential business and personal informaiton. Must be available to work occasional early morings or evenings as needed.
