ITS Event Productions is a full-service event production organization capable of hosting multi-track seminars, conferences, banquets, expos, large-scale trainings, concerts, etc. for groups up to 1,500+. From superior audio visual solutions, event planning and logistic, multimedia and content production, livestreaming and audience engagement tools, we offer complete production solutions to cater to all types of events.
The Production Coordinator provides customer-centric intake management, calendar, organizational, reporting, and administrative support to the Event Productions under IT Support. The primary focus supports intake management and calendar logistics for customer events. A successful candidate will be able to step seamlessly into a corporate office environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, impeccable customer service attitude, and be energetically driven to serve our customers and the team.
Responsibilities include:
Daily customer communication support and management
Regular scheduling of booking requests and meetings management
Maintains multiple event operations calendars
Manages meetings effectively; provides supporting documentation and aligns stakeholders
Improves efficiencies, and works to optimize processes
Coordinates project-related data and reporting
Works on defined projects, with straightforward goals
Able to identify blockers, and facilitate progress
Coordinating with vendors and external agencies
Site visit for event set up
Guide customer on event set up requirement
Create SOPs
Budgeting for customer events.
Coordinate between all stake holders to set up an offsite or onsite event
Identify and Initiate projects for process improvements or operational efficiency

About the team
APAC Events Team in India supports the event requirements for all Amazonians. The Events team provides consultation and technical support for all event requirements of customers.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Hyderabad, TS, IND
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of Event organizing experience.
5+ years of experience in project management.
Knowledge on event set up and show running.
Knowledge of Basic event gear requirement and set up.
Knowledge of Livestreaming setup and requirements.
Demonstrated calendar management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of event technical infrastructure and set up.
Outlook, Word, Excel certification or equivalent demonstrable knowledge.
Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
3+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of Tableau, Quicksight and other data analytics tools.
